My Role
Responsible for the day-to-day operations and outcomes of Changer.
I lead the Product, Marketing, and Customer Success, and collaborate closely with Engineering, Designers, and Sales to address customer opportunities in a way that builds a healthy business within the Changer ecosystem.
Conduct customer research and analytics and turn them into creative.
The problem
Many people want to trade more tokens. However, many tokens are only available in DEXes. In order to trade in various DEXes, you need multiple wallets for each network.
Due to the knowledge barrier and the lack of protection with assets stored on DeFi wallets such as Metamask, many users are deterred from getting involved with DEXs.
Who’s it for?
Novice traders - Who became fascinated by blockchain and crypto. First bought Bitcoin and Ethereum and then branched out to many other tokens. However, does not have extensive DeFi technical knowledge. Extremely careful about KYC, AML, and tax issues.
Skilled Experimentator - Genuinely cares about decentralization and democratization of technology and finance. Often tries out new exchanges, wallets, and tokens. However, using multiple DEXs requires switching networks and wallets for each network.
Solution
